- Send the list by email or WhatsApp with the quantity, length, colour and packaging you need.
- We confirm the specification in writing and quote by quantity, hair and packaging.
- On your approval we schedule production and confirm the delivery date.

- Packaging: bulk pack, retail box, or your own printed box and logo
- Target market and required delivery date

About samples
We do not run a sample programme. Before you commit, we confirm hair type, lace size, length, colour code and construction in writing, and we can share reference photos of the current production so you can check the specification first.
