What is the minimum order?

We supply business customers only. The minimum order is confirmed on your quotation, per model.

How long does production take?

About two weeks for standard models, and two to three weeks for custom colour or curl. The confirmed lead time is stated on your quotation.

Can I order different models in one order?

Yes. Our lace and medical lines share the same colour codes, so a mixed order can be produced together and packed to a single carton plan.

What hair do you use?

European virgin hair across the whole range, from 12 to 22 inch.

Do you offer samples?

We do not run a sample programme. We confirm hair type, lace size, length, colour code and construction in writing before you order, and we can share reference photos of the current production.

How is the price calculated?

By quantity, length, colour and packaging. Each model page shows a reference range; the final quotation is confirmed by email or WhatsApp.

Can you match a specific colour?

Yes. Send a photo, a colour code or a physical reference and we confirm the closest match in writing before production.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping and freight terms are confirmed with your quotation and packing list.
